A financing decision rests on the bank being able to see the trade clearly: who the counterparties are and how they were checked, what the goods are and how they are classified, how title and risk move, what the payment trigger is, and what happens if the buyer does not pay. Documents that answer those questions cleanly get processed. Documents that leave them open generate queries.
Most delays we see are not creditworthiness problems. They are inconsistencies — an invoice description that does not match the packing list, an Incoterm that contradicts the insurance cover, an origin claim with no supporting certificate. We assemble the file so the story is coherent before it reaches the bank, because a clean submission is the cheapest form of speed available.
